Battlefield BC 2 VIP code DLC region locked?

I recently moved to Thailand from Sweden and use a Swedish PSN account, however here in Thailand they only have BFBC2 Singapore version of the game.
First question.
1. Is the VIP code linked to my PSN account or EA account?
2. If I enter the code on my Swedish PSN user account can I change my EA account so it's linked to my new Singaporean account if needed?
3. I know DLC's are region locked, so if I would want other maps etc that's being released for free with the VIP code would they only work on Singapore account?
I don't know the best way to go about this region problem as I recently moved and this is the first time I encountered this problem.

When we're on the topic I'll stray a little from BFBC2 and ask more generally about DLC.
4. If I would want to buy DLC for a Singaporean game then I would need to have a SG PSN acc, as I don't have a SG credit card can I buy a PSN card from SG and add to wallet and download the DLC that way?
If you have any other suggestions please help me as this is a real inconvenience.

First the console is region locked so if the console is from sweden then it will only play swedish ps3 titles..

No it's not.
I have games from Sweden, Singapore, S Korea, Hong Kong, they all play fine.

Because after firmware 3.15 here on my u.s.a console i can't play any imports.
